Meet the doctor

Dr. Stef Cruz-Kostrova

Dr. Stef is a proud Wisconsin native with a passion for health and wellness. She earned her bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science from UW-La Crosse before her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Cleveland University-Kansas City, graduating in 2022.

In January 2023 she and her family returned to the Milwaukee area, to gain experience working with people from all walks of life.

She holds additional training and certifications through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, including the Webster Technique, plus certifications in dry needling and functional movement. She is fluent in Spanish, which lets her connect with the hispanic community in and around Wauwatosa.
